What size soaps does Sud Stud fit?
Sud Stud is roughly 4 x 2.5 x 1 inches. With an entry point of 2 x .5 inches. At a minimum, Sud Stud can expand up to 200% its original size. We originally designed the sleeve to fit popular soaps like Dove, Irish Springs, and Dial. But if you use extra-large soaps, we recommend cutting a small piece to use for the sleeve and saving the rest for later. This method will increase your soap’s life span by reducing the amount exposed to running water.

Will the bar of soap slip inside Sud Stud?
We designed the Sud Stud to be relatively small compared to most popular soap bars. During the early stages of the soap, the sleeve will expand to fit the soap bar. Over time, as more soap is used, Sud Stud will slowly contract with the size of the soap. This will keep your soap bar nice and snug within the sleeve for as long as possible. But of course, once you reach that awkward soap size, you can always simply slide another soap bar into the sleeve. No more throwing away soap once it reaches the small and unusable size!

What is the expected product lifetime on this with daily use?
This varies depending on the user. Some people shower more than others. With our quality silicone, we expect the Sud Stud to last over a year. But of course, if your sleeve is shared among others in the household, the durability of the Sud Stud may diminish a lot quicker.

What's the approximate dimensions of the biggest and smallest bar you think it could take? And how big is a "standard" bar?
A typical soap bar is at around 4.0 oz, Sud Stud will work perfectly with these sized soap bars. As for “biggest and smallest” this question is difficult to answer since soap bars vary everywhere. Since Sud Stud can expand over 200%, it may fit up to a 6-8 oz soap bar.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
